Our Religious Education area has special sections for Grades K-6, Grades 7-8, High School, Youth Ministry (includes Youth News), sections for Teachers, Parents, Volunteers and sections for Reconciliation, Communion and many other areas.

Our Staff section contains photos, brief bios as well as contact information for our parish staff and our parish council members.

Our Vicar's Corner:
Father Jesús Martinez is our Parochial Vicar and Assistant Pastor and responsible for many of Saint Luke's educational (First Communion orientations, Parents communications) and musical programs (working with our church's musical director and choirs), etc. Visit Father Jesús' corner directly.

Our Ministries contains information about more than 30+ ministries (click on the dropdown box to see a list that includes a dedicated web page for each).

This is our HOME tab or section. Some of you may know as the home page, landing page or index. This is the main page of our site, the first thing you see if you just type www.stlukes-parish.org .

Our Parish tab or section is this page you are reading now. It is where we give you an overview of our website and in doing so, help you get familiar with the services offered in our parish.

Our Calendar tab or section in the toolbar contains all the calendars and schedules. These include general purpose calendars, special events, ministry related schedules (like Eucharistic Ministers and Altar Server calendars). Unfortunately we are in a transition and as such not all the activities are always updated regularly. We are working to make sure that going forward they are all kept updated.

Our Ministries tab or section has everything about the many ministries in our parish. The name of the groups, a brief abstract of what they do, the leader's contact information, and sometimes also when they meet (up to the leader to keep that section updated).

Our Welcome section is for newcomers to the parish, or for those that have been away for a while or simply for anyone wanting to get closer.

Our Education tab or section contains up-to-date info on our Religious Education and Youth Ministry programs. It includes class schedules, special sections by grade, also for teachers (including lesson planners), parents and the children themselves. It even has theme appropriate games, quizzes and many more things of interest to children in the parish, their parents and educators.

Our Outreach tab or section contains most of the needs. We try to keep it updated regularly. It also has contact information.

Our Activities get published weekly in our BULLETINS (available online here in the site and in hard copy at the church). For your ease of use, we also collect them in a section we call OUR ACTIVITIES as well as in individual sections when relevant (like religious ed and youth ministry located under the EDUCATION tab)

The site is organized logically to accomodate different types of users with differe
nt levels of sophistication.
To make it easier to find information, it starts with a top level toolbar made up of tabs that point to the major sections of the website. Some of the information is repeated in multiple sections to accomodate the casual surfer as well as the "power user". Many folks bookmar specific sections and come back directly there.
Underneath each tab (once you click on it) there is a sub menu of choices specific to that particular tab or section. For example in this tab which is OUR PARISH, the sub-menu lists relevant locations such as Directions (to the church), From Our Pastor's Desk, Father Jesus' corner, Our Staff, etc.
In addition on either side of any page (left and right margins) you will find additional links and points of interest.
